Our shipment costs including packing costs are € 7 inside of Germany – payment in advance

Any orders from € 120 upwards - inside of Germany - will not incur shipment and packing costs.

Shipment by C.O.D.
Ordering by C.O.D. – you will not need any further details – you pay the applicable amount plus a service charge of € 2. C.O.D. charge will be itemized separately on the invoice.

Payment in advance
You will receive our bank account details on confirmation of order. As soon as we have received payment, we will send the items to you. If no payment has reached us within 4 weeks we will cancel the order.

Delivery Times
Items available from stock, subject to the time we receive the order, will be sent within 3 working days, therefore you can expect to receive your ordered item within 5 working days.
Some items may not be immediately available; we will inform you in every case by E-Mail, as soon as we have received your order. You will automatically receive a 2^nd E-Mail, when your order has left our depot.

Delivery is generally via DHL/ Deutsche Post – Parcel Service

You can also send us an alternative address for delivery, whether payment in advance or C.O.D. – please inform us.

Delivery Abroad
Underground delivers to European countries on request. Please note, this is only possible through payment in advance, including postage and packing. We will contact you regarding this.

Collection
Underground sells not just deliver – subject to prior agreement collection can also be arranged.

Returns

Goods which could send by post are post able for our risk. For goods which are too big to send them in a box we will arrange the transport back.
